remix resources

Here is Kirby Ferguson, creator of the Everything is a Remix series, explaining his theory of creative inspiration, remix, and cultural commons, and citing some of history's best-loved "individual" creators and explaining how what they did was a remix, i.e., an extension and a part of the work that came before them.

    2. well then lets get the word out. because i am sick of school. too much homework, too much wasted time. i took an online class this summer that taught a whole year of geometry in 6 weeks. i passed with an A. and it just really shows how much wasted time there is during a school year. so mainly this year class is just me sitting there being annoyed how how long teachers take to put the point across. and this year is FULL of homework. alg 2. chem. spanish. i think with open source learning you can learn more. with using less. you just have to apply yourself too it. so lets get the word out! #oslearning

    1. Every remix is original in that the person who creates it makes decisions about content, presentation and message to create something that hasn't been created before. But completely original is increasingly hard to find.
